Installed MT-Blacklist as a quick fix to get rid of some persistent comment spam that popped up today, will have to investigate alternatives until commenter registration is implemented in Movable Type 3. Other than a handful of people who we’ve given out the URL too i don’t even know how they’d find the blog…

A worm found its way on to the home PC which I’ve just spent some time sorting out. I can’t recall the last time this happened and suspect its the Netgear ADSL Firewall/Router work gave me last week. I locked it down but prolly needs more work, much like everything else…

i know i’ve been talking about a redesign for a while but sam is being difficult and won’t help with the graphic design stuff i want. i don’t have the patience to go learn how to do everything i want done in the adobe or macromedia suites. so it might be a leech and hack job with credit given where due of course…

nice clean layouts good balance between space and content and not over using flash, except for the core77inc site which i like for the donkey that follows you around the screen… email me if you come across anything in your journeys that might be useful. yeah i’ll get the photos up some time soon too…
